Carol Webster, President and Founder
Carol graduated from Georgetown University in 1978 with a B.S. in Languages and Linguistics. After serving as an executive in several industrial environments, Ms. Webster received her B.B.A. in Business from Belmont University in 1986, with a concentration in Industrial Marketing and Product Management. Intrigued by the global marketplace and its opportunities, Carol subsequently earned an MBA in International Management from the renowned Thunderbird School of Global Management. This intense program included several months at the European Business School in Germany, and a professional internship with Dr. August Oetker Nahrungsmittel. Carol also completed a Leadership Program at Ashridge Management College in England in 2001. Carol has over 25 years of experience in the U.S. and Europe in international marketing management, in such diverse fields as engineering, automotive, apparel machinery, specialty food and industrial textiles. Her expertise lies in the areas of strategic business planning, business analysis, marketing management for consumer and industrial products, establishment and management of worldwide agent/distributor/sales networks, and corporate communications. Carol has excellent professional and personal contacts the world over, and her reputation for efficiency and performance is unmatched. She has spoken at conferences worldwide, including the U.S., Czech Republic, Germany, Brazil, Australia and the People’s Republic of China, and is currently teaching marketing and international business classes at the University of Phoenix in Nashville. In addition to speaking English, Ms. Webster is fluent in German and conversant in both French and Spanish. She has traveled extensively for both business and pleasure (at last count more than 70 countries), and is well versed in cross-cultural communications.
She has worked as a copywriter and editor for numerous publications, and has been affiliated with such popular syndicated television shows as Austin City Limits. During her tenure as an Account Executive and Media Buyer with Carden & Cherry Advertising Agency in Nashville, she worked with top clients in the healthcare, dairy, apparel, telecommunications and food service arenas. She has been a part of the development team for numerous syndicated television and print campaigns, instructional videos, and short films. Most recently, Wessel is the owner of LadyBug Publishing, an independent publishing company in the Nashville area. She is a nationally recognized speaker, and has been a keynote speaker at Hewlett-Packard, many writer's conferences and art and literary festivals around the country. Wessel is highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Access and Publisher, and is also proficient in Final Draft screenwriting software, allowing her to work with corporations to develop scripts as needed for training and sales videos. Marianne Pincheira, Language Services
Pincheira's firm also translates voiceover scripts for radio, videos, film, commercials, public service messages and automated phone systems. She has a multicultural background, having studied and resided in many countries on three continents. Those on-the-ground experiences enabled her to expertly learn the many subtle nuances within one language, always keeping in mind her clients’ target, especially in the highly segmented but important Hispanic market. Pincheira has achieved ATA accreditation, and holds a certification from the Supreme Court of Georgia Commission on Equality (Registration No. 02045). In addition to her accreditations as a translator and interpreter, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, a Master in International Management, and is a member of AAIT. Kristin Dineen, Photographic Services
In addition to her portrait work for individual clients for wedding, graduation, birth and other special occasions, she is a sought-after product photographer for business clients. Dineen shoots products on location or in her studio for product catalogs, and images to be used in a wide variety of marketing material. She also handles portrait work for business executives for annual reports and client communications. Tim Webster, Technical/Research and Development Services Tim Webster has spent the last 20 years working in Research and Development and Product Development in a business-to-business environment. . In addition to materials testing and analysis, he has worked with clients to design both modified and new products which meet their needs and which are appropriate for their target markets. He has also assisted clients in streamlining production processes, and has helped new start-up companies evaluate and choose suitable equipment. Webster is a skilled analytical technician, and is highly
proficient using SEMs (Scanning Electron Microscope), moisture analyzers,
rheometers, porosimeters, spectrophotometers, and other materials testing
systems. He also performs patent searches, and has developed product characterization
and competitive databases for several clients. |
