November 2009 - Carol Webster served as a facilitator at the recent An Income of Her Own® Financial Literacy Conference for high school girls. The event was held at the Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club in Hendersonville, Tennessee. More than 100 young women attended, and asked the professional and entrepreneurial women great questions such as "What was your first job?" and "Who were your role models growing up?"

October 2008 - Carol Webster was the luncheon speaker at the Nashville chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) on Thursday, October 30, 2008. The presentation was entitled "Back to the Basics: The 4 Ps of Successful Marketing". December 2007 - Carol Webster was a presenter in the National Association of Women Business Owners and AARP "Prepare to Care" Webinar which took place on December 5, 2007. The seminar was geared to women business owners who are facing the challenge of running a business and caring for aging parents. The program also has developed materials for small businesses to provide to their employees who have a need for assistance with elder care.
